Position Title: Relationship Manager - Consumer Banking

Job Summary:

Accredits and establishes corporate and developer tie-ups for Metro Manila branches. Handles account solicitation, line utilization, conducts site inspection, line renewals and account maintenance for developers. Ensures proper coordination both from internal and external clientele to attain the desired volume and quality of Metrohome loan portfolio for Consumer Lending Group.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accredits and re-accredits developers for end-buyer tie-ups and CTS facilities, conducts client calls, project inspections, roadshows, and maintains strong partnerships with developers, brokers, and agents.
• Prepares credit recommendation documents, approval memoranda, and loan packages, gathering all required information and presenting financing/accreditation proposals to approving authorities.
• Solicits Metrohome loan applications, participates in developer events and open houses, and drives business growth through active account acquisition and relationship-building activities.
• Develops marketing strategies, monitors market trends through studies and surveys, and ensures timely dissemination of policy and procedural updates to relevant teams.
• Ensures developer compliance with ERCA terms and conditions, supports achievement of team KRAs and targets, and performs other assigned responsibilities to support portfolio growth and operational effectiveness.
