Job Description

We are currently searching for a talented and driven individual to join our Reinsurance Group - Canada Operations team within our MBPS Actuarial Function. The role is accountable for handling policy maintenance and requests for death claim reimbursement of reinsured policies. The team is supporting U.S. Reinsurance from mail indexing to disbursements back-office transactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Business Process Senior Analyst role.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including professional business writing and virtual communication
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling high-volume work with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledgeable in insurance/reinsurance processes, including product setup, policy maintenance, and resolving complex inquiries while being adaptable and a strong team player
  • Amenable to working on a night shift work schedule and hybrid work set up (3x a week onsite in Quezon City)

Position Responsibilities:

  • Handle policy maintenance related to policy changes, death claim reimbursement, billing, email inquiries, and treaty block ownership.
  • Work on reinsured policies with complex administrative issues.
