Regulatory Specialist

Client: An International Retail Company

-Full time role

-Daily Onsite (Monday - Friday)

You will serve as the primary contact with the FDA, LTO, and DTI, apply for and renew the licenses, permits, and certifications needed for our Private Labels and Exclusive Brand products, ensure products comply with local regulations, and support the Category Teams by preparing documents, checking compliance, and meeting quality assurance requirements.

Qualifications

-Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, or any related field

-Must have Licensed Pharmacist or hold a valid Professional License in a related field such as Food Technology, Chemistry, or Nutrition, as required for FDA regulatory work

-Must have at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably with FDA compliance or product registration of food products

-Must have excellent organizational and project management skills

-Must have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
