Regulatory Reports Unit Head

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Financial Control and Accounting Division as Regulatory Reports Unit Head. In this role, you will lead the preparation and submission of the Bank's regulatory reports to the BSP, SEC, PDIC, and other government agencies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

As the Regulatory Reports Unit Head, you will oversee a team responsible for key regulatory submissions, coordinate with various business units, and help strengthen the Bank's financial reporting and compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a bank or auditing firm.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS, BSP regulations, SEC circulars, and regulatory reporting.
• Audit experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
