The successful candidate will be responsible in facilitating the regulatory compliance, permitting, and other requirements for PGPC's base operations and growth projects.
The Role
- Prepares, submits, and monitors compliances with regulatory and permit requirements before various government institutions (e.g., DOE, DENR, BOI, NWRB, etc.)
- Supports PGPC and its affiliates in the submission of all compliance requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Facilitates the continuous improvement and expansion of the compliance monitoring system for various permits and regulatory compliance requirements
- Assists in regulatory engagements with various government institutions
- Provides support in securing permits for growth projects
The Individual
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- With 3 to 5 years of work experience in regulatory compliance and government permitting
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and processes with government institutions
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple compliance requirements and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati, with occasional travel to Tiwi and Mak-Ban
