RPT System Maintenance
Updating monthly for subs, as it comes for some
Updating annually for AEV Conglo every July
Updating annually for Insular and SSS every July
Production issues fixes coordination with HR and IT
User Access Testing (UAT) of changes prior to implementation, RPT system enhancements
Sanity checking of the system behavior and information, update the script
Periodic Reconciliation of info in the RPT system
Monitoring and Review of RPT Inventory submitted by Units
Assist in the progress of the enhancements of the system, ie follow through with IT and HR
Monitor the progress of the process automation - SCCS/RPT Forms
Compliance Matrix updating and monitoring BSP regulations, monitor implementation of circulars
Monitoring of BSP findings action items

Qualifications
Good attitude
Business course - with good communication skills, with knowledge on project management
Knowledgeable with MS Office, Canva and JIRA. Preferably knowledgeable with AI and Data science
