Job Description

Job Summary

The Regulatory Associate provides technical and regulatory support for fertilizer product registration with the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA). The role assists in coordinating bioefficacy field trials, regulatory submissions, data management, and preparation of technical documents. The position works closely with researchers, government agencies, testing laboratories, and internal teams to support regulatory compliance and successful product registration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and compiling documents for fertilizer product registration, permits, and regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies, accredited researchers, and testing laboratories.
  • Monitor the status of regulatory applications, submissions, and approvals.
  • Maintain organized and updated regulatory records and documentation.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing bioefficacy field trials.
  • Conduct regular field visits and monitor trial activities based on approved protocols.
  • Coordinate with researchers, trial cooperators, and site personnel regarding schedules and requirements.
  • Monitor crop development and document field observations throughout the trial period.
  • Collect, organize, and validate field data and supporting documents.
  • Assist in harvest activities, data analysis, and preparation of trial reports.
  • Prepare technical reports, trial summaries, presentations, and other supporting documents.
  • Maintain databases of trial results, product information, and regulatory records.
  • Assist in preparing technical materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, field visits, and project-related activities.
  • Maintain project documentation and filing systems.
  • Prepare expense reports and monitor project-related expenses as needed.

Qualifications

Education

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related field.

Experience

  • Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies and research institutions.
  • Experience in bioefficacy trials, agricultural research, product development, or field trials.
  • Experience preparing technical and regulatory documents.
  • Familiarity with fertilizers, biostimulants, crop protection products, or other agricultural inputs.
  • Good documentation, coordination, and data management skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for both motorcycle and four-wheeled vehicles.
