Regulatory and Brand Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Linguistics, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

· At least five (5) years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, packaging artwork development, or brand management.

· Knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations, GSI standards, IPOPHIL regulations, packaging development, artwork approval processes, and product commercialization.

· Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

· Basic knowledge of website content management and digital asset management.

· Strong proofreading, communication, project coordination, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with high attention to detail and integrity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage the end-to-end development, proofreading, approval, and release of packaging artwork, product shots, website product content, and regulatory deliverables for ethical (Rx), over-the-counter (OTC), nutraceutical, and cosmetic products.

· Ensure compliance with Philippine FDA regulations, GS1 standards, IPOPHIL requirements, and company branding guidelines.

· Coordinate with internal departments, printers, suppliers and manufacturers throughout the artwork approval and product launch process.

· Develop, revise, proofread, and maintain packaging artwork, website product content, digital assets, and regulatory documentation.

· Maintain product databases, artwork files, and website content while supporting quality control, product launches, and continuous process improvement.
