Responsible for preparing regulatory financial analyses, compliance submissions, and documentation for ERC cases, project development, and energy industry requirements. The role supports tariff analysis, financial modeling, historical benchmarking, and ERC case management while monitoring ongoing compliance with ERC and DOE reporting standards. Additionally, the position handles departmental budget monitoring, variance analysis, and payment request processing across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle in coordination with internal units, external vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA license is an advantage.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, regulatory compliance, financial analysis, or the power/energy industry.
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis, tariff justification, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with departmental budget monitoring, forecasting, and managing payment processing across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial report preparation.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for work assignments and render overtime when necessitated by regulatory filing deadlines.
