Role Description The Regulatory Affairs Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role supports regulatory activities by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining documentation required for company operations and product approvals. The associate monitors and interprets relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines, and helps ensure that internal processes and outputs meet regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include assisting with regulatory submissions, organizing regulatory files, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and maintaining up-to-date records of approvals and licenses. The role also involves tracking regulatory changes, supporting compliance audits, and contributing to process improvements that strengthen the company's regulatory posture.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in regulatory documentation and preparation of reports, files, and supporting materials.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to real estate, utilities, and agribusiness.
  • Experience or training in regulatory submissions and familiarity with regulatory affairs processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Legal Management, Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to interpret regulations, guidelines, and standards, and translate them into practical procedures.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, document management systems).
  • Previous experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or documentation in regulated industries is an advantage.
