Job Description

Job Summary

The Registration Processor is primarily responsible for the receipt, collation, processing and monitoring of accounts endorsed by Section Head for registration and encumbrance in accordance with approved terms and conditions, standard operating procedures, Bank/ BDOLFI policies and guidelines and within the set service levels agreed with various business units such as but not limited to Institutional Banking Group, Consumer Banking Group, BDO Leasing and Finance Inc. and Remedial Management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receipt, collation, and endorsement of mortgage and relate documents
  • Processing of accounts for mortgage registration/ encumbrance
  • Monitoring of accounts for registration/ encumbrance
  • Preparation of billing statement and reports
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business-related degree
  • Preferably with experience in RD and LTO transactions
  • Willing to travel and process registration outside Cagayan de Oro
  • Fast learner, can multi-task and can handle pressure at work
  • Organized, thorough and attentive to details
