ABOUT THE ROLE

The Registered Pharmacist role will be expected to support a patient base that expects fast, accurate, and compliant medication fulfillment. This is a hands-on operational role, not a strategic or people-management seat. You'll be reviewing prescriptions, checking for drug interactions and dosage accuracy, and handling patient medication queries directly, because that's how you learn the ropes of telehealth pharmacy fast. If you're a fresh graduate or early in your career, this is a real chance to build strong clinical review habits inside a working operation, not a training simulation.

You'll work with pharmacists and leaders who are in the detail with you, so you'll get direct feedback and fast course correction rather than waiting weeks to know if you're doing it right. This role reports to the Senior Compounding Pharmacist, who works closely with the COO on fixing and improving how the process runs, so you'll see firsthand how a growing company builds its systems, not just follows them.

THE PACE WE EXPECT

We'll be direct about how fast this moves, because it's how we work. In your first week, we expect you deep in the operation, sitting in on every shift, reviewing real prescriptions, and learning where things can go wrong. By your second week, we expect you working independently on prescription review and patient queries, with clear questions or observations about what you're seeing in the process. By your third week, we expect you fully contributing, catching errors, flagging risks, and giving your lead specific input on what's slowing the operation down or letting mistakes through.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Learn the operation and flag what's not working (your first and biggest job)

Come in, learn how prescription review and dispensing actually work across shifts, and pay close attention to where things break: unclear escalation on flagged prescriptions, information that is hard to find or out of date, points where errors or delays creep in. Bring what you notice to your pharmacist lead, clearly and specifically. This is ongoing, not a one-time task, and it's how you'll grow into a stronger pharmacist here.

Get every review right the first time

Review prescriptions carefully and accurately, catching interactions, dosage issues, and errors before they reach the patient. In a health context, an accurate review matters more than a fast one that is wrong. Speed comes with practice, but accuracy is non-negotiable from day one.

Show up reliably for your shift

Be present and fully engaged for your assigned shift hours, including rotating and 24-hour coverage schedules. A lean team depends on every pharmacist doing their part so coverage never has a gap.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Licensed Pharmacist or board passer eligible to practice. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Acute attention to detail and accuracy in every task.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital documentation tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A true team player who collaborates seamlessly with medical and non-medical staff.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic start-up environment.

The practical details

• Location: On-site at our BGC, Taguig office. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 10AM to 7PM.
