Role Description
Rose Pharmacy is seeking a licensed Registered Pharmacist for a full-time, on-site position located in Leyte. The pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medications, providing accurate pharmaceutical guidance to customers, and managing pharmacy inventory. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, overseeing proper storage of medicines, and maintaining clear and concise patient records. Exceptional customer service and healthcare advice will be pivotal for this role, aligning with the company's mission to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical expertise, including proficiency in dispensing medications and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in inventory management and understanding of proper medicine storage practices
- Attention to detail, accuracy in processing prescriptions, and maintaining patient records
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a current, valid Registered Pharmacist license in the Philippines
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and pharmacy management software is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and continuous professional improvement
