Job Description
Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN)
Valid RN license (e.g., PRC in the Philippines, NCLEX-RN in the U.S.)
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS
Skilled in patient care, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
Knowledge of hospital protocols, infection control, and clinical procedures
Strong compassion, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
