What You'll Do

Coverage & Access Specialist / Care Navigator (PHRN)

• Handle benefit verifications, eligibility checks, and coverage exception follow-ups (PAs, NFEs, Appeals)
• Professionally coordinate with insurance payers, customers, and Novartis partners
• Manage assigned cases throughout the patient journey
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, SMS, fax, and other channels
• Accurately document all interactions to support cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

• Active PHRN License
• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance is a plus
• Ability to work independently and with a team

Work Setup & Schedule

• 100% Onsite Ortigas, Pasig City
• Shifting Schedule (Majority Night Shift)
• Start Date: December 15, 2025
