PRC Nursing License and have
12 years of solid bedside experience in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and provide professional clinical guidance
- Coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with medical standards
- Perform bedside duties, monitoring patient conditions and documenting vital information
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver quality care
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential patient records
- Assist in implementing clinical programs and patient care initiatives
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with active PRC License
- Must be a CPO PHRN
- 12 years bedside experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-handling skills
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and patient-centered environment
