A Filipino citizen, completed the degree course in Doctor of Medicine and Bachelor of Science in Nursing, completed the medical training from Department of Health Region XI, Southern Philippines Medical Center, Doña Remedios Trinidad Romualdez Medical Foundation, Eastern Visayas Regional Medical Center and Makati Medical Center. I am a thorough analytical and dedicated professional with years of post-training experience in some aspects of primary care in children and adult medicine.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mandaue for a Registered Nurse, MD Graduate, or Doctor of Medicine. The role involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation of patient status in accordance with established clinical protocols. Responsibilities include administering treatments and medications as prescribed, coordinating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. The professional will educate patients and families on care plans, health maintenance, and treatment options, while upholding ethical and regulatory standards. The role may also include participation in training activities, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives aligned with the university's academic and clinical objectives.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse or Doctor of Medicine, or completion of an MD program with appropriate clinical training.
  • Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs and treatment outcomes.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice, infection control, patient safety protocols, and relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely medical records, documentation, and reporting in accordance with institutional standards.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and participation in training, research, or quality improvement activities.
  • Willingness to work on-site in DAVAO CITY and adapt to rotating schedules or shifts as required by patient and institutional needs.
  • Experience in academic, teaching hospital, or community health settings is an advantage.
