About the Role:

Are you a licensed Philippine Registered Nurse looking for a unique opportunity to grow your career in the BPO industry Join our dynamic team and work with a prestigious law firm account. Your primary role will involve managing medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the legal team with your expertise in healthcare documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, organize, and manage medical records related to legal cases.
• Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of medical documentation.
• Provide detailed summaries and analyses of medical records for legal purposes.
• Collaborate with the legal team to address medical inquiries and provide insights.
• Handle client communication with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to medical and legal documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy laws.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Philippine Registered Nurse (PRC-certified).
• At least 1 year clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
• Previous BPO experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive medical records.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy, or other healthcare compliance is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
