- Providing immediate medical assistance and first aid to employees in case of injuries or sudden illnesses
- Conducting health assessments, including measuring
vital signs, to evaluate the overall health status of employees
- Monitoring workplace conditions, identifying potential health hazards, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintaining medical records, documenting incidents, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Must be a licensed nurse (RN); newly licensed nurses are welcome to apply
- Must have knowledge of or be willing to learn about DOLE and OSH regulations
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and documentation
