Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse
Working location: EPZA Cavite/Rosario
Salary: 17k to 19k to start with increase after 6 months probation
Willing to report in Makati City Metro Manila for initial interview
Required Registered and can start immediately
Responsibilities
Direct patient care: Administering medications and treatments, performing medical tasks like taking vital signs and drawing blood, and assisting with medical procedures.
Patient assessment and monitoring: Observing and recording patient symptoms, behavior, and progress; recording patient medical history; and monitoring for side effects.
Record keeping: Maintaining accurate and complete health records and updating patient charts.
Care plan development: Collaborating with the healthcare team to create, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Patient and family education: Counseling patients and their families on treatment plans, medical conditions, and preventative care.
Coordination and collaboration: Working with other nurses, doctors, and medical providers to coordinate patient care.
Supervision: Directing and supervising other nursing staff, such as nursing assistants.
