Role Description This is a part time, remote role for a Registered Migration Agent at Groworx Global. The role involves providing professional migration advice if necessary and QA's the work that we done.
Qualifications
- Registration as a Migration Agent (or equivalent lawful authorization in the relevant jurisdiction), with thorough knowledge of applicable migration laws and policies.
- Experience in visa application preparation, lodgment, and case management, ideally supporting healthcare or aged care professionals.
- Strong communication and client service skills, including the ability to explain complex migration processes clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency with digital tools and case management systems; comfortable working with online documentation and compliance platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in law, migration, or a related field is highly regarded; experience within international recruitment or healthcare workforce programs is an advantage.
