Must have a Bachelors Degree in Sanitary Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related course
Licensed Master Plumber
With training/seminars in Plumbing Systems, Water Distribution, Drainage Systems, and Occupational Safety & Health
Minimum of 13 years of experience in plumbing works and project supervision
Experience in water supply systems, sanitary and drainage systems, and plumbing installation
Knowledge in testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of plumbing systems
Proficient in plumbing layout interpretation, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledgeable in plumbing codes, water distribution systems, sanitary systems, and piping installation
Familiar with the National Plumbing Code and safety regulations
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Can work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Willing to conduct site inspections and fieldwork
Good communication and coordination skills
Capable of supervising plumbing works on-site

Duties/Responsibilities

Prepare and review plumbing plans, layouts, and technical specifications
Supervise installation, testing, and maintenance of plumbing and sanitary systems
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans, plumbing codes, and safety standards
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams regarding plumbing works
Monitor project progress, quality, and implementation of plumbing systems
Prepare technical reports, estimates, and project documentation
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend corrective actions
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
Perform other related tasks assigned by management
