Regional Workplace Safety & Climate Risk Analyst

Job Description Summary

The Workplace Safety & Climate Risk Analyst supports the Client's global Workplace Safety program by conducting audits, collecting built-environment safety data, coordinating compliance activities, and ensuring accurate reporting across their assigned Region. This role plays a key part in identifying risks, monitoring corrective actions, maintaining regulatory documentation, and supporting environmental/climate-related assessments.

About the Role:

  • Support Workplace Safety & Climate Risk compliance by conducting audits, documenting deficiencies, tracking corrective actions, and ensuring data accuracy across EHS platforms.
  • Collect, analyze, and report safety performance data, maintaining dashboards and supporting quarterly, midyear, and annual reporting requirements.
  • Monitor climate and environmental risk metrics, using client tools to identify location-specific risk data and support regulatory or sustainability reporting.
  • Coordinate with facility teams and compliance partners by responding to safety inquiries, sharing regulatory updates, issuing corrective work orders, and providing training on audit processes.
  • Support incident and critical response management through incident data entry, tracking corrective actions, and escalating serious safety or regulatory risks per protocol.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred, with strong analytical and datasynthesis capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of safety audits, environmental monitoring, regulatory compliance, and basic workplace safety requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with facility teams, vendors, and crossfunctional partners.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, or similar reporting tools, with the ability to manage and interpret data.

Ability to operate in a global environment, supporting multiple regions and time zones when required.
