Job Description

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent course
  • At least 3-5 years experience in content management systems
  • Familiarity with content management systems
  • Familiarity with web analytics
  • Experience working with survey tools like Qualtrics is a PLUS
  • Experience with dashboard tools like Google Data Studio or Power BI is a PLUS

Job Competencies:

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with the usability process - low fidelity prototypes, high fidelity prototypes, usability tests, etc. - is a PLUS
  • Practical experience of working within a digital marketing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written English language communications skills - able to present thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely to a senior audience
