Job Description

Purpose of the Role

Provide dedicated analytical and reporting support to regional stakeholders, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of recurring reports and presentations while acting as a reliable point of coordination across cross-market teams, stakeholders, and DEX.

Technical & Analytical Skills

Data & Reporting

  • Process, validate, and prepare quantitative data to support reporting, operational execution, and business needs
  • Manage large datasets and execute recurring reporting processes efficiently and consistently
  • Detect anomalies, trends, spikes, and data inconsistencies through rigorous validation and logical analysis
  • Deliver detail-accurate outputs while aligning findings with broader business objectives

Microsoft Office Proficiency

  • Leverage advanced Excel capabilities to process, validate, and analyze data effectively
  • Create and enhance PowerPoint presentations with clear charts, professional formatting, and effective visual communication
  • Produce standardized reports using charts, tables, and reporting templates with accuracy and consistency

  • Manage recurring deliverables independently and consistently after onboarding and training
  • Take initiative to drive assigned workstreams forward and ensure successful completion

Team Collaboration

  • Serve as a key member of the Philippines DEX team while delivering support to regional stakeholders
  • Coordinate closely with the hiring manager, automation developer, collate and validate inputs from multiple teams, and work with regional or cross-market stakeholders to ensure reports, deliverables, and requirements are complete, accurate, and aligned
  • Drive knowledge sharing, contribute process improvements, and support continuous team development
