Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Performance
- Oversee financial outcomes for residential and mixed-use development projects across multiple markets.
- Shape annual plans, forecasts, project evaluations, and performance reviews.
- Ensure management receives clear, actionable insights to guide business decisions.
- Partner with project teams on pricing strategy, sales tracking, cost monitoring, and overall project viability.
- Identify risks and opportunities across projects and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage financial matters across joint-venture partnerships and ensure clarity on reporting obligations and governance requirements.
- Represent the organisation in partner discussions, maintaining alignment and protecting financial interests.
- Support financing activities for development projects in collaboration with JV teams.
- Maintain compliance with treasury policies and loan covenants.
- Prepare financing submissions and assist with capital structure planning.
- Guide and develop finance professionals across the region.
- Promote strong internal controls, collaborative ways of working, and analytical excellence.
- Provide guidance on complex operational or cross-border matters.
- Contribute to reviews of potential investments, asset disposals, and other corporate initiatives.
- Lead special analyses or ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent; professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred.
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to real estate or property development projects.
- Solid experience with joint-venture structures, including reporting, governance, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to operate across multiple markets in a regional setting.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, matrix environment and navigate ambiguity.
- Demonstrated leadership with a focus on coaching, team growth, and cross-market collaboration.
