Regional Sales Manager

WE'RE HIRING: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – CEBU CITY

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets
• Lead, motivate, and coach the regional sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets
• Manage sales pipelines, opportunities, and project movement
• Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across the region
• Conduct client presentations, business meetings, and product/solution discussions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Monitor projects from sales development through completion
• Support pricing, collections, and credit management initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management
• Experience managing and developing a sales team
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and growing key accounts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Experience in electrical, lighting, HVAC, or related industries is a plus
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities
• Based in or willing to be assigned in Cebu City
