Career Opportunity: Sales Management Trainee for Future Regional Sales Leadership

PLARIDEL Products & Services Inc. is looking for a driven and high-potential sales professional who can be developed for a future Regional Sales Manager role.

The successful candidate will begin as a Management Trainee for Sales Management and will undergo a structured evaluation and development period. During this phase, he or she will initially handle either a specific product group or a group of special accounts, allowing the company to assess sales execution, leadership potential, strategic thinking, account development capability, and readiness for wider regional responsibility.

Upon successful completion of the evaluation period, the candidate may be promoted to Regional Sales Manager, with responsibility for broader territory leadership, sales team development, market expansion, and achievement of regional sales targets.

Initial Assignment:

The successful candidate will initially manage either:

  • A specific product group; or
  • A group of special accounts.

This assignment will serve as the basis for evaluating sales performance, customer development, planning discipline, market understanding, reporting quality, and readiness for sales leadership.

Scope of Responsibility:

The candidate will be expected to develop assigned markets or accounts, achieve agreed sales targets, prepare practical sales and account development plans, coordinate with internal teams, and demonstrate the capability to eventually lead a regional sales team.

Core Competencies Required:

The candidate must have strong sales and account development capability, good leadership potential, clear communication and reporting skills, and familiarity with the pharmaceutical, veterinary, animal health, livestock, or agriculture-related industry.

An existing network in the veterinary, animal health, livestock, agriculture, or pharmaceutical field is an advantage.

Compensation and Career Package:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive compensation package equivalent to Philippine Government Salary Grade 17 to 24, depending on capabilities, experience, competencies, and demonstrated readiness for sales management responsibility.

The package may include a company car, sales incentives and commissions, travel opportunities, trainings, HMO coverage, allowances, per diem, career development opportunities, and direct mentoring from senior management.
