Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Davao, with a mix of in-office and remote work. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build and maintain relationships with clients, achieve regional sales targets, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, leading a sales team, monitoring market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and professional service.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and contract negotiation.
  • Expertise in regional sales management and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the steel building or construction industry is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a hybrid work environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and exceeding sales goals.
