Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • According to HQ strategic plan and budget, lead the execution of market sales target fulfillment and dealer management ;
  • Develop and maintain effective strategic partnerships with dealers in the whole territory to ensure the achievement of the business goals of both the brand and retail partners;
  • Lead the monitoring of customer journey execution among dealers, including leads, test drive, introduction, contracting and financing;
  • Lead the monitoring and evaluation of dealer network, to provide analysis report and suggestion, to negotiate and achieve improvement;
  • Lead the development and target fulfillment in Key Account customers;
  • Provide timely and insightful analysis report of market and main competitors to adapt strategy and action plan;
  • Lead the plan and execution of pop-up exhibitions, including site selection, decoration materials and installation, opening ceremony, leads collection;
  • Build and optimize sales management system, process and tools.
  • Be familiar with the logic of the sales funnel and capable of identifying and resolving store-related issues through effective funnel management.
  • Have experience managing more than two stores simultaneously, with at least one store consistently achieving sales volume within the top 20% of the brand.
  • Supervise a team of more than 30 personnel, demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Possess innovative ideas for addressing operational challenges and the ability to implement solutions effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering or machinery engineering;
  • Professional experience: Potential Applicants must have more than 8 years of work experience in Automobile sales and Dealer network management;
  • Abundant resources and relationship with dealer group and dealers;
  • Excellent management skills, preferably in projects involving site selection, architecture / construction approval processes and implementation of franchise standards.
  • Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability; relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities;
  • Strong ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through.
  • Language requirement: English as working language
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the Region
