Fortem Cement Corporation is looking for a seasoned Regional Sales Manager Mindanao to lead our regional sales operations and drive business growth across the Mindanao market. This role is ideal for a commercial leader with strong distribution management and business development experience, preferably gained from construction supplies or related industries.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Leader.
• Strong background in distribution management and business development.
• Preferably from construction supplies, building materials, hardware, or similar product lines.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Willing to travel extensively across Mindanao.
