Aljay Agro-Industrial Solutions Inc. is seeking a high-impact Regional Sales Manager to lead and accelerate our commercial growth across the Visayas and Mindanao regions. This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the President, responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening customer relationships across one of the country's most important agricultural markets.

We are looking for a proven commercial leader who thrives in competitive environments, challenges the status quo, and delivers sustainable business growth. Experience within the agricultural, agribusiness, agri-solutions, crop protection, fertilizer, seeds, or related industries is highly preferred.

This is an onsite leadership role based within the Visayas-Mindanao region. Successful candidates who require relocation will be provided relocation assistance and transition subsidies.

What You'll Do

Drive Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and business objectives.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, dealers, and business partners.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop winning commercial strategies.

Lead Sales Performance & Collections Management

  • Monitor sales performance and territory productivity across the region.
  • Drive accountability and performance against sales targets.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and minimize credit risks.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations teams to resolve collection and account issues.

Manage Budgets & Business Efficiency

  • Oversee regional operating expenses and budget utilization.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
  • Drive profitable growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

Build & Develop High-Performing Teams

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a regional sales organization.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability-building programs.
  • Develop future sales leaders within the organization.

Governance & Business Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial processes, and operational standards.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable industry regulations and internal controls.
  • Provide accurate reporting and business updates to senior leadership.

Strategic Leadership

  • Regularly engage with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Present business performance updates, market insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and special projects that support organizational growth objectives.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager or equivalent senior commercial leadership role.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agri-Solutions, Crop Protection, Seeds, Fertilizers, Animal Nutrition, Farm Inputs, or related industries.
