Sirva is excited to present to the market a Regional Sales Enablement Lead role in Philippines/India.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Enablement Lead is responsible for driving sales productivity and effectiveness through technology, process optimisation, and data-driven insights. This role collaborates closely with the consumer sales leadership team, and leads the seamless integration of digital tools, AI solutions, and reporting systems to support a high-performing, omni-channel sales organisation.

Description Of Duties

Technology & Systems

  • Lead the design and implementation of sales enablement tools and technology platforms.
  • Ensure system integrations and data integrity across sales platforms.

Process & Governance

  • Standardise sales processes and workflows across regions.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for system use, lead handling, quoting, and reporting.
  • Integrate and manage quality control and compliance framework.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design and deliver dashboards for performance tracking (conversion, margin, productivity).
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making.
  • Oversee product-related reporting and analytics delivered by direct reports.

Sales Support

  • Manage sales support functions including deal desk and compliance checks.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of sales collateral, playbooks, and resources that support sales teams in achieving targets.
  • Supervise and guide direct reports in the execution of product and enablement initiatives.

Product Leadership & Oversight

  • Collaborate with the Product Analyst to identify new product opportunities and enhancements to existing product portfolio.
  • Ensure timely execution of product-related projects, including development, implementation, and reporting.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and leverage insights to inform strategic decisions.

Change Management

  • Champion best practices and drive cultural adoption of digital-first approaches.
  • Act as liaison between Sales Enablement, Pricing, Product, Marketing, Quality, Finance, and Operations for technology rollouts and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications And Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years in sales enablement, operations, or technology implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and CPQ systems; experience with AI-driven tools preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in BI tools and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership or supervision is highly regarded.

KPIs

  • CRM hygiene score across teams.
  • Adoption rate of CPQ and AI tools.
  • Reduction in quote turnaround time.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
  • Performance and development of direct reports.
