About the role

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing regional sales operations, managing teams, and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The role involves building relationships with key clients, identifying business development opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational and sales objectives.

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to drive revenue and optimize performance in Real Estate industry
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in Team Management and mentoring sales teams
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Demonstrated capability in Business Development to identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to create actionable insights based on market data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a regional capacity
