Role Description The Regional Sales Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Taguig, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees regional sales performance, sets sales targets, and drives strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals across ARTHALAND's portfolio. The Regional Sales Director leads and mentors the sales team, monitors sales operations, and ensures consistent, high-quality customer service throughout the region. Daily responsibilities include managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with marketing and operations, and preparing sales reports and forecasts for senior leadership. The role also involves building strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners, while promoting ARTHALAND's sustainability-focused brand and values.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability in Team Management, coaching, and performance development for sales professionals.
  • Customer Service orientation, with skills in relationship management, client retention, and issue resolution.
  • Previous leadership experience in real estate or related industries is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced studies or certifications are an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
