About The Role
CBRE GWS delivers Integrated Facilities Management under a Global IFM MSA (Commencement Date 2 May 2026) across seven APAC countries. This is a first-generation account: governance structures, supplier frameworks, and savings delivery mechanisms are being built and executed simultaneously at pace. The APAC Procurement Senior Manager owns regional savings delivery, Responsible Business Alliance compliance, and procurement innovation, while managing one direct report and operating as the primary APAC procurement interface for key account stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership Manage the Thailand Procurement direct report, including clear objectives, regular performance conversations, and professional development support. Model CBRE RISE values; manage workload allocation across APAC and ensure deadlines are met without compromising governance rigor. Procurement Governance and Sourcing Operate in full compliance with the WD MSA, seven APAC Local Agreements, and the Procurement Account Playbook, maintaining the Principal and Managed WD Contractor model distinctions consistently. Lead end-to-end sourcing for APAC spend categories, from RFP management to contract execution and supplier performance review, including Avetta and mySupplier platform compliance. Maintain the Cost Approval Process, contract clause ownership register, and approvals authority matrix for the APAC region; support APAC country annex updates. Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary APAC procurement contact for WD FM Operations and WD Strategic Sourcing counterparts, contributing to savings reporting, RBA updates, and procurement KPI dashboards.
- Work with the Finance Director, D&T Senior Manager, and account leadership to align procurement activity with account objectives and agreed governance cadences.
- Operational Efficiency
- Develop structured workload prioritisation approaches that enable high-volume delivery on a first-generation account without sacrificing compliance or documentation standards.
- Apply lightweight interim solutions appropriate to the current account maturity stage, with a clear transition roadmap toward automated and scalable procurement operations.
About You
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 5 to 8 years of relevant procurement experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered. C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certification required or actively pursued.
- Experience in Integrated Facilities Management or outsourced services, ideally within a technology sector account, with multi-country APAC procurement exposure across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, India, China, and Japan.
- Demonstrated experience managing RBA or equivalent supply chain sustainability frameworks is strongly preferred
So, what's in it for you
- Annual Merit Increase
- Performance Bonus
- 12 days of sick leave credits (unused sick leave credits convertible to cash)
- 12 days of vacation leave credits (unused vacation leave credits will be rolled over the following year)
- HMO and Life Insurance on Day 1
- Autonomy in work - We support and reward creators and doers, encourage innovation and an entrepreneurial mind-set.
- Inclusivity and Accessibility - We enable, value and embrace diverse perspectives across many dimensions
- Safety and Well-Being - You'll be provided with the work environment, resources and tools to feel like your most productive self and offered support for your total wellbeing.
