Regional Portfolio Strategy Head is responsible for defining the
long-term strategic direction of the portfolio for assigned therapeutic categories. The role focuses on strategic foresight, opportunity identification, portfolio prioritization, and value creation, ensuring clarity on where to play and how to win. The role provides structured inputs to governance forums and ensures alignment of portfolio strategy across regional and country stakeholders.
Accountabilities
- Strategic Foresight & Landscape Assessment - Analyze long-term therapeutic, regulatory, and competitive trends to inform portfolio direction.
- Portfolio Prioritization & Road Mapping - Define therapeutic priorities, strategic adjacencies, and 310 year portfolio roadmaps.
- Opportunity Identification & Business Scoping - Develop opportunity scopes, early concepts, and value hypotheses for strategic bets.
- Strategic Frameworks & Decision Support - Build prioritization models, scoring frameworks, and investment recommendations.
- Enterprise Alignment & Communication - Drive alignment of portfolio strategy across PPSD, regional HQ, and country teams.
