This role is built for someone who can take full ownership of warehouse operations across multiple sites and drive consistent, disciplined execution. As Regional Operations Lead for Visayas, you will oversee all warehousing activities in the Visayas—ensuring alignment in processes, performance, and service levels across locations.
What You Will Do
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple sites in the Visayas
- Ensure consistent implementation of processes, standards, and controls
- Monitor and drive key operational metrics (inventory accuracy, turnaround time, productivity)
- Lead site teams and ensure alignment on targets, priorities, and execution
- Identify gaps and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and cost
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations across multiple locations
- Strong background in process standardization, performance management, and operations control
- Experience leading teams and driving accountability across sites
- Data-driven with ability to analyze metrics and implement improvements
- Hands-on and comfortable being present in operations environments
- Willing to be based onsite in Cebu, Iloilo, or Bacolod with regional oversight
