Job Description

The Regional Operations Admin & Enablement Specialist enables uninterrupted field execution by removing administrative, access, spares, logistics, and budget-execution barriers at the regional level. The role ensures engineers arrive on site with approved access, required materials, and financially cleared support, directly contributing to faster service restoration and reduced MTTR.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Apply for site access permits immediately upon outage or dispatch notification.
  • Proactively follow up with lessors, property managers, and authorities until access approval is secured.
  • Provide field engineers with permits, authorization letters, and access documentation prior to site arrival.
  • Coordinate spares availability and logistics with supply chain and vendors to support restoration activities.
  • Act as the single regional enablement point for access, permits, spares, logistics, and admin coordination.
  • Support budget execution by: (1) Initiating PO requests for approved operational needs; (2) Tracking PO status and approvals & (3) Ensuring financial clearance before dispatch where required
  • Validating that requested spend is within approved budgets and escalate exceptions to the Budget Management & Financial Control Specialist
  • Track and report admin, enablement, and budget-related SLAs/OLAs impacting restoration timelines.
  • Escalate access, material, or budget-execution risks that may delay service restoration.
