Role Overview
A Regional Marketing Manager responsible for driving offline marketing strategy and execution across assigned areas. The role oversees regional planning, market development, program implementation, stakeholder management, people leadership, and budget control to achieve acquisition, revenue, and growth targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead regional strategy aligned with national offline marketing goals
- Oversee market analysis, area profiling, and competitive insights
- Manage and develop regional managers and field teams
- Ensure compliant, high-quality execution of activations and programs
- Build and manage partnerships with LGUs and key stakeholders
- Own regional budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation
- Drive performance reporting and data-based decision-making

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 810 years of relevant experience (35 years in leadership)
- Strong background in regional operations, stakeholder management, and people leadership
- Willing to travel extensively
