Regional Managing Director - Singapore HQ

You will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and operational control of local subsidiaries (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Mexico), as well as supervising business operations across all entities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Management & Operations:
• Lead and manage the overall operations of each regional office.
• Organizational Leadership:
• Take charge of cross-functional teams and oversee organizational management.
• Multinational Team Management:
• Demonstrate leadership in managing staff from diverse backgrounds and ensure the organization functions effectively as a cross-functional team.
• Head Office Coordination:
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination with the Japan head office, and report on overall business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related fields
• Management Experience:
• Experience as a Managing Director (MD) or in an equivalent senior management position.

[ADVANTAGE]

• Experiencein the architecture industry is not a must, but a plus
• Experience working in a multinational environment is an advantage.
• Holding a Board of Architects qualification is an advantage
