Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Regional Manager located in Davao. The Regional Sales Manager (Engineering) is responsible for leading sales operations within an assigned region, driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales engineers, and delivering technical solutions for steel building and construction projects. The role requires strong expertise in steel structures, project sales, and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in:
• Civil Engineering
• Structural Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Experience:
• 7–12+ years in steel construction or building systems
• 3–5+ years in a leadership or managerial sales role
• Licensure:
• Registered/Professional Engineer (preferred but not always required)
