The Role
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operations and performance of the whole Visayas, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences. With a focus on driving sales, optimising operational efficiency, and nurturing a motivated team, you will be instrumental in shaping the growth and success of this leading Retail & Consumer Products company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of area managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to drive team engagement and development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets across the assigned store portfolio
- Monitor and analyse store-level data to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the introduction of new products, merchandising initiatives, and marketing campaigns
- Ensure optimal inventory management and stock control to minimise losses and maximise profitability
- Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the region, leading by example and promoting a service-oriented mindset
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the Fashion Retail industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and profitability
- Demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving operational targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Cebu-based, but will be handling the whole of Visayas.
