Role Description

As a Regional Manager at Ayala Land International Sales, Inc., you will oversee regional operations, implement sales strategies, and manage a team to achieve business targets. Your tasks will include monitoring sales performance, developing relationships with brokers and clients, leading marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, you will evaluate market trends, provide regular progress reports, and recommend strategies for growth and market penetration. This is a contract-based, hybrid role based in Makati, with the flexibility to work from home as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide sales teams effectively.
  • Proven expertise in sales strategies, business development, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to evaluate market trends and create effective business plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies and technologies, including digital marketing and client engagement tools.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in the real estate industry, particularly with international markets, is a significant advantage.
  • Can form a complete team of 3-5 sellers before training.
