Beyond standard administration, you will be a Digital Champion, using low-code tools to automate manual tasks and providing data-driven insights on platform usage to management.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Lifecycle & Access Management

  • Execute the end-to-end account provisioning and deprovisioning for SEA employees across all corporate platforms, including Microsoft 365, Lark, and internal CRMs.
  • Manage permissions and security groups to ensure data integrity and compliance.

2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal CRM issues and platform-specific technical hurdles.
  • Troubleshoot software-related bottlenecks and escalate complex issues to global IT as needed.

3. Asset Coordination & HR Collaboration

  • Partner closely with local HR representatives to facilitate the procurement, setup, and delivery of hardware for new hires.
  • Maintain and audit the IT Asset Tracking sheets to ensure 100% accuracy of hardware distribution across the region.

4. Low-Code Automation & Innovation

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify manual workflows.
  • Propose and implement customized, low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Lark Base) to increase departmental efficiency.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Consolidate data to generate Bi-Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reports regarding recruitment platform usage, talent spend, and IT costs.
  • Ensure report accuracy for management review and budgeting purposes.

6. Employee Training & Enablement

  • Create simple how-to guides or conduct short training sessions for employees to ensure they are utilizing our software suite effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience:1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or a Digital Operations role. Experience in an MNC environment is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Lark Base.
  • Technical Savvy: Above-average proficiency in Windows environments and cloud productivity tools. You should be the go-to person for tech questions among your peers.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of English. You must be able to act and speak professionally while interacting with a multi-cultural workforce across SEA.
  • Adaptability: A strong desire to learn new technologies. We value a candidate who doesn't just wait for instructions but proposes better ways to do things.
  • Analytical Mindset: High attention to detail, especially when handling data consolidation and asset tracking
