Job Description
- Lead the overall development strategy of residential projects
- Drive sales, marketing, and commercial initiatives across the portfolio
- Assume full P&L ownership and accountability
- Oversee projects from land acquisition through Ready-for-Occupancy (RFO)
- Manage and optimize a large residential inventory portfolio
- Identify opportunities for product repositioning and business turnaround
- Enhance sales performance and inventory monetization strategies
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership on business planning
- Drive accountability, profitability, and operational excellence
- Lead and mentor senior management teams
The Successful Applicant
- 20+ years of relevant real estate experience
- Strong background in residential project development
- Demonstrated success leading sales and marketing functions
- Proven P&L ownership and financial management capability
- Experience managing large-scale inventory portfolios
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Track record of turning around underperforming projects or products
- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
- Comfortable working in a highly accountable, onsite environment
