Regional Formulated Product Technical Development Manager - Southasia

Job Overview:

Be responsible for the technical development of the company's agrochemical products (herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, etc.). Continuously generate new product concepts to launch registration procedures, tap the potential of launched products, conduct technical summary and product positioning, and provide technical support for sales, marketing and registration teams.

Key Responsibilitie

1. sNew Ideas & Development Planning: Propose new product concepts and formulate regional product line development plans for Southeast Asia
2. .GAP Determination for Products: Design trial protocols, conduct field trials or laboratory tests independently, via internal teams or external partners to obtain required data and results in a timely manner, and finalize Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) as references for the registration team
3. .Product Technical Development: Explore application potential of marketed products, test efficacy against unregistered target pests/diseases, and propose new projects for expanded crop registration. Verify new application technologies such as aerial spraying, root irrigation, furrow application, etc. Compare company products with competitors to identify differentiated advantages
4. .Registration Support: Supply mandatory GAP data required for product registration to the registration team and review technical documents for registration applications
5. .Technical Training: Deliver regular training on products and fundamental professional knowledge for marketing and sales teams
6. .After-sales Technical Support: Assist in resolving field efficacy issues and handling farmer complaints
7. .Headquarters Communication: Maintain regular communication with the Group Headquarters and complete all assigned tasks from headquarters

Specific Requirement

1. s:Master's degree or above, majoring in Plant Protection, Pesticide Science or related discipline
2. s.Minimum 3 years of experience in pesticide product development, or minimum 5 years of field efficacy trial experienc
3. e.Solid English reading & writing proficiency; adept at office software, especially data statistics and analysi
4. s.Age range: 25–45; physically fit; able to conduct outdoor field work, work overtime during peak trial seasons, and travel domestically and overseas.
