1. JOB DETAILS
Job Title: Regional Expansion Manager
Directly Reports to: Agency Expansion Consultant
Department: Agency Expansion Group
2. JOB OBJECTIVE
To lead and execute the recruitment of Agency Expansion Managers and Financial Advisors/Agents utilizing various strategies and sourcing to establish sales groups and accordingly manage the same.
3. SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES,
Recruitment - 60% Formulates and implements strategies (e.g. face-to-face by industry cluster on-line) to be able to recruit Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to establish respective sales group. Continuously reviews and improves the recruitment output of his region.
Agency Engagement and Activation - 30% Motivates and Manages Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to encourage and increase sales and recruitment through various methods (e.g. Regular Meetings Training Association with Various Groups Conduct of Various Activities).
Joint Field Work (JFW) - 10% Conducts JFW with Agency Leaders and Agents to assist in selling activities/closing sales. Conducts JFW with Agency Leaders and Agents in the recruitment of Centers of Influence (COI).

4. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
Minimum Qualifications:
. College degree preferably on business or marketing course)
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Strong influencing and negotiation skills
. Dynamic
. Self-motivated
. Team player Minimum Experience:
. 3 - 5 years sales management experience
. Preferably with experience in agency sales management
