Regional Expansion Lead: Recruit & Grow Agency Teams

Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. is seeking a Regional Expansion Manager in the Philippines.

The role leads recruitment of Agency Expansion Managers and Financial Advisors, using diverse sourcing strategies to build and manage a high-performing sales group. The incumbent will formulate strategies to recruit leaders and agents, motivate the team to boost sales and recruitment, and conduct Joint Field Work with Agency Leaders to support selling activities and closures.
