Responsibilities:
• Corporate Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement corporate sales plans targeting national and regional accounts; align initiatives with regional objectives and overall company goals; leverage SM Ecosystem and partnerships with top corporations.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and manage Corporate Sales Managers; provide coaching, mentorship, and capability-building programs.
• Account Management & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients; negotiate and structure corporate deals that are competitive yet profitable; develop loyalty programs and exclusive offerings.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set corporate sales targets and monitor achievement; prepare regular performance reports and forecasts; ensure compliance with booking principles and CRM adoption.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Project Development teams to support corporate campaigns and activations; coordinate with Buyer Activation Managers for corporate events and engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
• 9 years of experience in corporate sales leadership, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong understanding of corporate engagement strategies, market dynamics, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under aggressive timelines.
• Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
